Card features a pull out front sentiment section that opens and reveals a fun holographic “Let’s Celebrate!” surprise ball! Kit contains everything you need to get started including pre-cut dies, acetate and more! All you need is adhesive and a coloring medium of choice like alcohol markers or pencils.
